Guacamole Crisps Dip

Guacamole is a huge people pleaser! Make this guac as a snack to go with your Southwest Verde Crisps, or add it to your next burrito.

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados, mashed
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 bag Southwest Verde Kalahari Crisps, for serving

Directions

  1. Mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients 
  3. Try crunching up a few crisps on top to add some meaty flavor!
  4. Refrigerate or serve immediately with Kalahari Crisps to dip
