We recommend eating it 2-3 days after opening! Keeping the bag sealed does help prevent the meat from drying out too much, but the more time after opening passes, the more air gets in and it can make the meat too tough to eat.

There is no need to refrigerate our Biltong! Just keep the bag firmly sealed after opening to prevent the meat from drying out.
