Biltong Avocado Deviled Egg

These protein and healthy fat packed snacks are great for a party or anytime hanger hits. Adapted from Dr. Axe’s Keto Avocado Deviled Eggs.

Biltong Avocado Deviled Eggs

  • 4–6 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, diced
  • ½ bag of Peri Peri Kalahari Biltong, diced


  1. Hard boil eggs and chill in an ice bath for 5 minutes
  2. Remove eggs’ shell and slice in half lengthwise, removing the yolk.
  3. Add the yolk, the avocado, and spices to a bowl, mixing together until well combined.
  4. Dollop the mixture into the egg halves.
  5. Drizzle with lime juice and top with cilantro and diced Peri Peri Biltong.
