How to make the perfect Kalahari Biltong salad:
1 Pack of Garlic Kalahari Biltong
2 Cups of arugula, Spinach or mixed greens
6 grape tomatoes, halved
Handful of blueberries
Handful of dried unsweetened cranberries
Lemon Pepper Dressing
Lemon Pepper Dressing Ingredients
¼ cup of olive oil
¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
⅓ cup of fresh lemon juice
Dash of salt & ground black pepper
Combine salad dressing ingredients in a mason jar or sealed container
Shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed
In a large serving bowl, toss greens with dressing
Sprinkle the remaining toppings! Don’t forget the Biltong!
