How to make the perfect Kalahari Biltong salad:


  • 1 Pack of Garlic Kalahari Biltong
  • 2 Cups of arugula, Spinach or mixed greens
  • 6 grape tomatoes, halved
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of dried unsweetened cranberries
  • Lemon Pepper Dressing

Lemon Pepper Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
  • ⅓ cup of fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of salt & ground black pepper

How To

  1. Combine salad dressing ingredients in a mason jar or sealed container
  2. Shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed
  3. In a large serving bowl, toss greens with dressing
  4. Sprinkle the remaining toppings! Don’t forget the Biltong!
