The Adventure began… in South Africa when three friends raced 175 miles in an Ironman and Ultramarathon within a week.
There, our South African teammate Brett introduced us to the age-old traditions of crafting and preserving beef with simple ingredients. Since then, we’ve been rooted in our mission to share these styles and elevate the way people experience food.
We recommend eating Biltong 2-3 days after opening! Keeping the bag sealed does help prevent the meat from drying out.
